1) Where is your property located and how can it be reached from Marrakech?
We are located along the Zaraba canal, near Sidi Abdellah Ghiat, 30 minutes from Marrakech International Airport and 15 minutes from four golf courses, including the Royal Golf.
2) Do you offer a transfer service from the airport or the city?
Yes, of course — we arrange airport transfers as well as transfers to the center of Marrakech, upon request.
3) What activities and excursions do you recommend nearby?
We can arrange excursions to the Atlas Mountains, guided tours of the city, as well as various sports activities (golf, wakeboarding, quad biking, etc.).
4) What types of rooms do you offer?
We offer three types of suites: Premium suites with a balcony and views of the Atlas, Superior suites with Atlas views, and suites overlooking the garden.
5) What services are included in the stay?
We offer a full-board package that includes both soft and non-soft drinks.
6) Do you organize private events (weddings, birthdays, retreats)?
Yes, we host tailor-made events: intimate weddings, birthdays, yoga retreats, or team-building gatherings. Each event is designed according to your requests.
7) Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes, there is a restaurant on site exclusively for our guests, offering authentic Moroccan cuisine prepared with products from our organic garden.
8) What leisure facilities do you offer?
Unlimited access to the 4 swimming pools, golf practice areas, tennis court, pétanque terrain, fitness room, billiards, ping-pong, home cinema, and hammam.
9) What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Between 15 and 29 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
After this period, no refund will be possible.
10) What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM.
11) Do you offer wellness activities?
Yes, we offer a full sensory wellness experience: traditional hammam, massages, body treatments, yoga, meditation, or outdoor breathing sessions, upon request.
12) Is Wi-Fi available and free?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property, including in the gardens and outdoor areas.
13) Do you have parking available?
Yes, a private and secured parking area is available for our guests at no additional cost.
14) Are children and pets allowed?
Children are welcome. Baby cots are available upon request. Small pets may be accepted with prior approval.
15) What safety measures do you have in place?
Our estate is fully secured, with staff on-site at all times and a 24/7 concierge service available.
16) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, bank transfers, and cash payments.
Payments in foreign currencies are possible according to the current exchange rate.
17) Do you offer special offers or packages?
Yes, we regularly offer romantic packages, wellness stays, or golf & gastronomy getaways. Our offers are available on our website or upon request.
18) What is the best time to visit Marrakech?
Marrakech is pleasant all year round. The months from October to May offer mild temperatures, ideal for fully enjoying the gardens and the pool.

Absolutely. Our concierge takes care of everything: restaurant reservations, private guides, excursions in the Atlas Mountains, or exclusive activities tailored to your wishes.
